Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

Media
If you upload images or files to the website, please avoid uploading files with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) as visitors may download and extract such information.

Use of AI and Third-Party Services
To provide AI-powered features (such as note editing, summarization, coaching, and analytics), we may process your note content and learning data using third-party APIs, including but not limited to OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude. These providers may temporarily process your data to generate responses or insights, but they are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
By using AI features in Memory Notes, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data by these third-party providers, potentially outside your country of residence.
Payments and Membership
Payments are processed securely via Paddle, a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full payment details on our servers. Paddle’s privacy policy is available here.
Who We Share Your Data With
- AI/Analytics Providers: For AI-powered features, your note content or usage data may be sent to and processed by third-party AI and analytics providers.
- Payment Processors: Membership payments and billing data are processed by Paddle.
